These terms apply when you use Slot Harbour. By creating an account you agree to them.

This is a game, not gambling

  • Slot Harbour is a free novelty site for entertainment only.
  • No real money is involved. You cannot pay for play credit, and you cannot cash it out, sell it or swap it for anything.
  • There are no prizes. Play credit and anything you win in the games has no value outside the site.
  • The £ sign next to your credit only shows the scale of play. It is not real currency.
  • Doing well here does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.

Who can play

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK or Europe. You confirm both when you sign up. One account per person, please.

Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for anything done with your account.
  • Play credit is added when you confirm your email address. I may change how much credit new or existing players get, top it up, or reset it at any time.
  • I may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, try to cheat or attack the site, or use automated play or other tools to get an advantage.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Fairness

Game results come from a random number generator. Each round is recorded so you can check it was fair. Game settings, including how much each game pays back over time, may change. A result recorded by the server is final, including after a dropped connection or a display error.

The service

The site is provided as it is, free of charge, as a hobby. I do my best to keep it running and correct, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. I may change, pause or close it, or any game on it, at any time and without notice. If the site closes, play credit and game history may be lost.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, because the service is free and has no prizes, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
